Job Description:

The Country Manager of New Zealand oversees and
organizes a team of 10+ Profit Instructors and/or Regional Managers who service
small to medium businesses with our marketing tools.

You are responsible for self-organizing multimillion-dollar
annual sales throughout New Zealand.

You must be able to spot new trends, improve
current efforts, and always be business conscious.

You understand the business market of managing
countrywide sales.

You manage stock, sales, and accounting of
promotional merchandise.

You train and motivate team to meet sales quotas
monthly, quarterly, and annually.

You interview/appoint qualified sales professionals,
as growth requires.

There is exponential growth and expansion
assured through performance.
Requirements:
-
Preferable with a Business Management or Sales
degree or equivalent sales experience.

Business management and demonstrable sales and
marketing experience of at least 5-10 years.

Candidate's prior knowledge of retail and
hospitality markets is a plus.

Bilingual in local languages and English if
applicable.
